Our History
King's Heating was officially launched in 1993 by Gary and Erin Pollard.
At that time Gary was already a veteran after working in his father's heating & air conditioning business as soon as he was old enough to handle a drill. Gary purchased his father, Reb Pollard's business, Pollard Heating, when his father decided to retire. Some of our best clients have been working with us for 20+ years.
In 2006 Gary and Erin brought Dave Zahina on as a partner. Gary and Dave have known each other since the late 80's. Dave has worked in the HVAC industry for over 30 years.
Dave and Marie Zahina handle the Service department.
Gary and Erin Pollard handle the Installation department.
